Whoa…totally hit the overwhelm state today. I had to get up and walk away from work–well, at least walk away from sitting at the computer doing nothing but worrying about the work I wasn’t doing. I chose to go outside and do a little breathing, meditating, and drawing OUT of my visions and things I intend on manifesting to get back to center.
Cleaned off the hammock and cozied up with my notebook and markers…and here is what doodled out (including oak tree shadow):
That is me in the middle…and I started on the right and worked counter-clockwise (I tend to do things backwards often)… STUFF was stressing me so I began focusing on the support I’d like and the support I have. As I moved around I allowed myself to flow with my thoughts/heart… and was able to get peacefully clear on the other things I intend to manifest for my business and coaching practice. I’m pleased with the results visually and within my heart and mind. AND…I was inspired to create a course about using markers and doodles to meditate and manifest!!! so stay tuned!!
