I love deep inner work. Why? It’s healed the striving and suffering and most of the emotional outbursts and made me a more loving human. It ripples through the electromagnetic field of humanity.

I also LOVE sales and marketing. Obviously becoming a master of loving and profitable sales and marketing involves a lot of inner work. Sales and marketing gives me an opportunity to practice the deep inner work through action and expression, only second to personal relationships.

Sales and marketing doesn’t have to be manipulative, sleazy, abusive. It can actually be an expression of love. 💛

I’m just a few days away from 50. And here’s what I know that I KNOW-
#selflove and knowing all the parts of yourself builds self trust and an inner relaxing. They say after 50 you don’t give a shit what people think, and actually what’s happening for me is that I know that others will I choose, dislike, disrespect and misunderstand me. What matters is that in my mind, body, emotional regulation, and soul’s knowing- I know, like, understand, respect, trust and love myself.

These days I’m really solidifying what I believe in my mind and heart to my nervous system and cells…..

Dear One, the journey of meeting all your parts with love and curiosity is a journey I highly recommend. Painful, messy, gasping at times - and extensive, deep peace and love. 💛

Finally feeling alive again. Spent the afternoon i

Finally feeling alive again. Spent the afternoon in my office listening to a book (thanks Jacqui )and cleaning and arting and getting energetically connected to my space, my work and the week ahead, and chatting w friends on text and phone. Now enjoying a few sparkly sips while my dinner roasts. I have become a woman who cooks?

What are you looking forward to this week, friends?

One of the most challenging ways of being for me…. for me to be welcoming and present with my “less than ideal parts.”

Parts that are flat, tired, sick, uninspired, spacey, depressed, and lacking creativity and vibrancy. It’s a challenge for me to welcome highly sensitive and protective parts like aggression and trembling irrational fear. It’s hard for me to welcome the parts of me that have an excruciating need for adoration.

𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲/ 𝗡𝗼 𝗕𝗮𝗱 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 is easier said than done. It isn’t just a head or even heart practice. It is a whole body practice. And I’ve had lots of opportunities to practice the last 10+ days between Covid symptoms & an experience that bumped up against a deep inner-child wound.

I have very strong protective manager parts that see a solution for everything, they want to rush and fix everything. They want to overcome and grow, instead of feel the feelings of compassionately connecting with all of these parts.

Why on earth would one want to take this path. It is unfuckingcomfortable.

I’ll tell you why.

𝗛𝗢𝗣𝗘.

Because free to be with all of me = true nonresistance and love. And love for me helps me want to punch other people in the face less.

Are finally full body realizing the TRUTH of so many cliches we take for granted because we hear them so often.

Mind BODY Spirit. 💛 No. Seriously - all three. emphasis ON body- it often gets left out because the mind it's tricky.

Habits create your mood. 💛I did not want this to be true for years.

All Parts Welcome. 💛 No, seriously. Stop shaming parts of you that don’t feel comfortable or presentable. ALL parts.

Slow down to speed up. 💛 Slow really does work.

What got you here won’t get you there. 💛
