The TBA prescription and practice came out of a coaching call with a client who was specifically worried about money and in complete scarcity. The original exercise was to, for 40 days straight, write a list of 5 Truths— Things you KNOW to be good and true; 5 Beauties— Take time to notice the beauties in life–physical, nature, emotional; and 5 Appreciations–things you appreciate (in your list be sure to say, “I appreciate…..”
After 2 years of using this exercise with clients, the word and energy has spread. Any difficult time in life can be treated with 40 days of TBAs…

- Frustrated at work? Do TBAs specifically about your work or job.
- Discouraged about your health? Take TBAs for 40 days specifically about your body and health.
- Freaking out about Money: Yep the condition that began the TBA habit!
