I’ve been reading for you. I’ve been studying for you. And I’ve got some good stuff to share with you today. Some ideas from me to you, just because.
First of all I am a book addict. Hubby makes fun of me because I have so many by my bedside and I usually carry 2-3 to the pool with me. There is so much information that we can be exposed to and I just want to expose myooood stuff.
I wanted to share this one ah-ha with you about the things that keep us up at night.
What keeps you up at night? What is that problem that stirs in your mind? When the rest of life is happening, what is that thing that nags and pokes at you?
I want to help you solve that problem – because I KNOW it can be solved.
I was reading a book by Hay House author and Life Coach, Michael Niell called SUPERCOACH: 10 Secrets to Transforming Anyone’s Life
Background: I’ve been thinking about goals and dreams and visions. (I gave up specific goal setting a few years ago after reading Your Sacred Self: Making The Decision to Be Free by Wayne Dyer -Part of my recovering over achiever 12 step plan).
But dreams, visions…. I have them, my clients have them. BIG ONES – Mondo-LIFE-changing dreams. But what keeps up stalling on these dreams? What keeps us from bringing them to amazing and powerful LIFE!

Turn Your Goals and Dreams in to Projects
When we shift from just day dreaming about something, (or worrying about it–that thing that keeps you up at night), and we create a simple project for ourselves –then miracles happen.

What would be the best course of action?
What would be the first step?
If we could turn it into a project for this summer – what project could you create and implement that would get you really stoked to play in every day??
If you really, really want it…. I mean really want it – our creative minds can find any way we need to around any obstacle that comes our way!
As Michael Neill says, the question isn’t “How will you get it? “; it’s “What could possibly stop you.”

Kayla, you always have great ideas! And I know you just launched a HUGE HUGE project!
The things that keep me up and night are pretty much the same things that have kept me up at night for the past 20 years: worry about finances. I have been working very hard to trade up these thoughts and purchased some books and audios based on your recommendations. I need to do some brainstorming around creating some more streams of income that don’t require as much dollars-for-hours time on my part.
Oh my goodness! I just heard the perfect trade up from Marianne Williamson, “I can absorb the loss.” Woohoo!
