Did you pick a word (or phrase) of the year?
The over-achiever in me picked 3 phrases: Open Heart. Slow Tango. Big Profit.
Well, with all that’s been going on this year so far, the quarantining, the shifting, the pivoting, it’s been easy to forget these words/phrases.
Today I wanted to encourage you to reflect on your word of the year and what it means now.
I’m going to do this with you on the podcast and as a bonus for you listeners, I’m pulling cards for you…you’re going to laugh at what’s pulled – the universe has such a sense of humor.
Tune in to hear what’s pulled, what’s going on with my phrases of the year, and how you can reflect on your own and then I’d love to know what you are thinking about your word, pop over to Instagram or Facebook to let me know!
Love,
Your Favorite Life Coach,
Allison Crow

I hope this is a good place to give you my comments on the podcast. I do have a word of the year, and I always make a virtual vision board with that word and some of the runners-up. I’ll post it in the group on FB. Anyway, my primary word for this year (divinely-inspired) is SELF. Not selfISH. Self-FUL. Self-growth. Self-awareness. Self-help. Self-care. Self-share. Be true to myself. Believe in myself. Share my SELF-ness. And help others to do the same. So far… it is all perfect. Continuing in therapy and also with my own spiritual growth, I am learning more about myself and my gifts, which I have been divinely guided to share more of. I’ve found MYSELF embracing a newly-discovered tool–which I swear my late dad put in front of me!–which will allow me to grow so much in my work and to help others grow too! I LOVE my word! ♥
