Are you a self-leader?
What does that mean to you?
For me, being a self-leader is what allows me to move from crappy to sassy.
It’s the reason I can take ownership of my thoughts, actions, and feelings.
In fact, I find it to be very powerful and one of the best gifts we can give ourselves.
You can have this gift too.
I’m sharing how and what I know to be true about what self-leaders do in this podcast. Plus, I throw in a pretty great gardening analogy I think will stick with you.
If you want more details, here’s what you can expect in this show:
2:18 – What is self-leadership is and what self-leaders do
3:47 – The #1 rule in coaching
4:00 – The first of 3 stories I’ll share related to self-leadership, this one I find very powerful
5:20 – Story # 2, this one is personal to me
7:30 – The 3rd story I’ll share that happened with my coach
8:16 – Our job as coaches and leaders and CEOs
9:00 – Why self-leadership is one of the best gifts you can give yourself
11:25 – Why “how-to” isn’t the answer
13:00 – A few additional thoughts on self-leadership
21: 27 – The fun gardening analogy to self-leadership I promised
Enjoy this episode to get your dose of self-care through self-leadership today and if you have thoughts on what a self-leader does that I missed, I’d LOVE to hear from you.
