How to Truly Manage Difficult Emotions Like a Champ

How many of you are experiencing difficult emotions right now?

I know I am.

Many of us are feeling the tension, frustrations, uncertainty of the times, and dealing with life and business adjustments.

I wanted to offer you some ideas to help you manage these emotions like a champ on the podcast this week.

I’m offering you some thoughts around positive and negative emotions (spoiler, I don’t think they exist), how to feel hard things like anger and fear, and why we can’t ignore difficult emotions.

This is important always, but especially as we navigate this new world together.

I’d also encourage you to find high level support in some way, if you haven’t already. Make this a goal. It could be to join a mastermind, an online group, a community (of course, we would love to have you in Soul-Full Success), something where you get the support you need, I know that’s been instrumental for me.

Now, take in this week’s podcast so you can keep facing the world and your emotions like a champ and I’d love a check in from you this week, head over to Instagram or Facebook to let me know how you are doing.

Love,

Your Favorite Life Coach,
