Pick Your Creative Practice Back Up

For some reason, I had a block in my head that made me believe my “intuitive painting” and “expressive arts” were only done with acrylic or tempura paints.
 
I don’t know what fucking planet I was on, but – this glorious practice can be done in ANY medium. If I wanted to do expressive arts and intuitive painting, I could do it with cedar mulch and nuts and bolts if that’s what I had available.
