    • Allison Crow says: March 17, 2017 at 9:54 pm

I know. It can be exhausting. And with choice is valid. It’s about what kind of life we want. What gives us energy and what takes too much energy.

  26. Gisele Cabral says: March 17, 2017 at 4:08 pm

Hi. You soo read my mind. Love this topic. I got goosebumps with what your saying. And I got that part time job, so I can breathe a bit, but?

    • Allison Crow says: March 17, 2017 at 9:57 pm

I get it. Work that doesn’t suck- the part time job can be like
Being your own angel investor in your business. It gives you breathing room so that you can create. Especially in launch years.

    • Gisele Cabral says: March 17, 2017 at 11:44 pm

The part time job help paying bills. But when my working time is over, I punch out and run home to my studio, and then feel complete and happy. I thought the job would be fun, different, easy, trouble free, and finally have a real pay check. instead it feel like i’m wasting my energy and passion. It makes me feel incomplete and blah. But I do get a paycheck. 🙁 🙂 Totally don’t know what to do anymore. I am struggling, and yet ready to kick ass. All I know it will somehow all be ok one day. Somehow. Tks for listening. <3

Hey Allison! Getting out of the burnout energy is strong with me right now. For me spring cleaning is about: getting the sleep I need, recharching with things that make me feel happy, continuously release pressure, and getting out of things that don’t bring any value for me. Also, I am all for making it easy to do what I want: whether it is my singing or my emerging coaching business 🙂

  68. Kimberley Dashiell Danza says: March 17, 2017 at 4:53 pm

It’s so easy to get hooked by why other people a It’s so easy to get hooked by why other people are doing... and slip into comparison and doubt.

Eeeek. It happens to me too, especially when I’m tired.

That comparison and doubt is self judgement and it stops your flow and glow.

And we need your flow and glow!

This is your reminder to 🛑 stop for a moment. Shake off- as in literally get up and do a full body shake to clear your nervous system and mind. Feel the shift of energy and then get back to YOUR path. Get back to YOUR plan. YOU do YOU. YOU BE YOU... and believe in YOURSELF.

Remember who you are... stand tall in your truth!

I love you.

What are you cultivating and creating this week? This month?
I accidentally had a trip the other day. Let me b I accidentally had a trip the other day.

Let me back up and say that that’s not a normal occurrence for me.

But I had a little too much weed gummy and y’all some lessons occurred during that trip.

I’ll be honest that I had some shame and embarrassment around sharing this, but you are my people and there were some lessons so big in here I had to share.

I don’t want to ruin any of the story for you (it’s better to hear it!) but just know that this week’s podcast episode is an entertaining one AND full of lessons, ones that became so clear to me and that I hope will resonate with you too.

Listen to it at the link in my bio.
What truly motivates you? I bet the answer insid What truly motivates you?

I bet the answer inside you may surprise you.

Sure, you are probably like me in that you have a lot of desires, but desires, while motivating, aren't motivating enough, right?

Think of all the times you have desired something but still held back or let them go.

Desires just aren't the true motivator.

The true motivator is your deepest primary fear.

And there is only one way to really figure out your deepest primary fear- to continuously ask yourself the hard question of "why is this so important to me" again and again and again until you come to a deeper level of understanding.

The world needs us digging into our fears and showing up and showing our work these days, let's reconnect with our true motivations and move forward.
Me feeling relaxed even with a 4K/mo drop in reven Me feeling relaxed even with a 4K/mo drop in revenue, people dropping off my list and out of my membership. Seriously chill as fuck as the universe right aligns shit in my life like a colonic. I’ve never actually had one of those.

As we approach Feb full moon🌕 I am grateful for the letting go. God bless what is leaving and god bless what is coming.

You know what I do in the mean time:

💫meditate
😴rest
💛 breath practice
❤️love on my people
💜 share my heart and show my work (my phrase for marketing) with a combo of 50% organic and 50% automated in collaboration with my team).
🐌 Slow sales activities (connection based, chill, and if appropriate make an offer)
🌀 nurture my creativity- even if it is hibernating- I speak kindly to it as it sleeps.
😆 make time to laugh- usually with my husband.

#selftrust as a business owner, honestly took me about 10 years. At 17 years—- it’s really stronger than ever. It’s a practice I cultivate and teach my clients to cultivate.

Revenue dips will come and go. I can absorb the loss. I know what to do, what to allow, and what to trust. I’m not talking blind faith, I’m talking years of wasting energy worrying- and worry never solved any of my problems.

I also know that as we evolve and grow the become even more #authentic and #transparent as a leader, it freaks some of our misaligned people out. All good. I’m not for everyone.

I AM for me, being me and nurturing my business, and my personal life. A combo of Mind Body Spirit and BE do have.

What would YOU do if you trusted yourself DEEPLY?
