In Steven Pressfield’s book, The War of Art – Resistance  is “any act that rejects immediate gratification in favor of long-term growth, health or integrity.” According to Pressfield, there is a malignant presence that exists to block you. It rises up against you to stop you from doing what you most need to do. He calls this force Resistance.

Resistance shows up as a natural part of the creative process.  Not just creating art…but creating anything worthwhile.  In this episode, we dive into some supportive and tactical ways to face resistance… by learning to LOVE doing the Dirty Work.
