Gather Your Support Team with Intention

Who can help you be your strongest self?

This is the topic we are focusing on this week on the podcast.

Because I don’t know about y’all, but I’ve been experiencing a range of emotions and I need some support.

Now more than ever it’s important for us to choose who we support and who we let in as our own support.

It’s important for us to give ourselves permission to take a break, let go of what’s not serving us, and be intentional about who we are surrounding ourselves with (figuratively, of course).

In this episode I”m going to let you in on who my support team consists of, share how you can focus on your chosen ecosystem, and invite you to answer some questions that will help you be more intentional with your time, attention, and connections these days.

I always say the best lessons are from real life, enjoy my insights and lessons for you this week and of course I’d love to hear what lessons you are learning in this new normal we are experiencing, head on over to Instagram or Facebook to share yours with me.
