Remembering the 4 Agreements When I Judge Others.

As I vacuumed my whole house today – I’m always amazed at how much gunk comes up. We keep a pretty tidy and clean home, and still, each time I vacuum – quickly the canister fills up with disgusting dander and fur and hair – unseen on the surfaces of our home.

My focus has been outward a bit to much lately. And it causes me needless suffering – and if I’m not careful it can bleed onto others nearby.

And so as I vacuumed, I turned inward and cleaned up my own system too. I ask myself how I want to lead myself, my family, and my clients. Once again, I come back to these 4 Agreements + Breathe + Self-Compassion.
