Not everyone is selling the “How To”

When I am drowning in social media,
I start to believe that I have to be a business owner or author who tells you “how to…XYZ.”
I get sick to my stomach and feel tightness in my chest….and then I remember….
 
I’m not here to “how to…”
 
I’m here to give you permission to cultivate self-trust,
