This assumes your nervous system is in a calm and regulated state. If not, then that becomes priority #1. Nervous system regulation is primary.
From that space, we can be aware and imagine our 𝗕𝗘𝗜𝗡𝗚 and cultivate it for the day and week ahead.
– who do you want to be?
– how do you want to be with yourself in any circumstance that arrives?
– what beliefs will support you?
-what beliefs will stall you or shame you?
-what identity will you stand in?
There is no need to imagine and expect a perfectly plastic and fabulous fabricated week. Please. Imagine a HUMAN week- with ups and downs, and all that real life entails.
