  • Your breath is your heaven on Earth. It’s a reminder to reset, a space to heal, a place to release, cleanse, and connect. And it’s an anchor within Soul-Full Success. It’s one of our pillars. I always start my sessions with a breath, reminding who I am with to “breathe y’all.” This helps me be in the one-ness of our time together. It reminds me to slow down. It shows me that when we breathe, anything can shift. So today on the podcast I want to share with you what breathe y’all means to some Soulies (I think you will find deep wisdom in what they share) and an “Ode to Breathe Y’all” so to speak. If you’ve been needing a gentle reminder to find your breath or the magic of what your breath can do for you, or just need a quick moment to reset, I encourage you to listen to this episode (the link is in my bio).   • We all need support. Don't try to convince me otherwise on this one. Whether we are looking for direction, trying to hone in on our magical skills, just need someone to brain dump with, or are energized by other wonderful humans- support and connection is where it's at. That's why I created Soul-Full Success y'all. Yes, I have YEARS of coaching experience to offer you. Yes I can hold space for you. Yes we can make magic together. But having a community can do even more than I can for you alone. I freaking love this community and all it brings to me and its members.   • Stop 🛑 Shutting your #desires down. You desire is innocent and somewhere along the way the world told you it was wrong. Your desire is the creation of GOD through you. It is IN SPIRITED as your divine calling. And oh how easy it is to shrink. And the ego gets scared. But you are being called to not only ALLOW, but to live into your desires! Release patterns of shrinking and fear. Practice listening deep inside and trusting your own wisdom and heart. We honor Spirit when we allow and pursued our desires.   • If you journal, you understand what can pour from you as you reflect and write. You understand how deeply personal your journal and your thoughts can be. I am the same, but this week I feel called to share a journal entry with you. I’ve been in a reflective space recently. I just hit my 16 year anniversary of working for myself and have been reflecting on who I’ve been and who I am BEcoming. And I thought I would share this entry on BEcoming with you. Perhaps it will help you reflect on who you are becoming too.   • Last night I walked out of my cookie cutter, suburban home (which I adore some days) into my plain rectangular back yard surrounded by a plain 6 ft fence. Bringing my dogs out to pee one last time before I we all went to bed, the moon and a few bright stars grabbed my attention, lifted my awareness and reminded me that I AM the entire Universe and all of its infinite love and energy. So often I see only the limitations of this house with newly-planted-tiny trees and slammed up next to the home almost like it next door, loving some elements and resenting others..... what a perfect metaphor for life. I decide again today to see the moon and stars and the infinite loving particles and miracles of the infinite and unlimited universe and that it is a wildly magnificent miracle that this house is even here in this field between two small towns and that I am a human being in her body having made it through millions of experiences to be standing in this yard at this time. Holy mind blown. I’ve been half-assing this spiritual journey because my comfortable ways of doing and being were just enough. Fuck it. The riverbed is expanding. Range. Not always easy, in fact parts of my being are dying and it is ugly cry uncomfortable. But I can’t NOT any more. It’s time. No more fucking around. No more muggling. I’m a fucking magician. And you are too. This is the work I want to do. This is the work I DO. 💛
